  1. There is a proven scientific test for testosterone boosters. Pour 5ml of the booster onto an Ed Sheeran album. If it turns into AC/DC's "Back In Black" then your booster works.

  2. Yes, I have previously read the same small studies on pomegranate juice and its increasing testosterone effects of 24% ,( on average). The fact is you need to take a natural holistic approach approach to raising your testosterone levels rather than just one magic drink or food. That means incorporating weight training, HIIT, good quality protein/ healthy fats in your diet as well as getting good quality sleep ,decreasing stress and bodyfat. Pomegranate juice, ensuring your vitamin D,zinc and magnesium levels are in the optimal level by getting a blood test. You need to have discipline and consistency in the above in order to obtain high levels of natural testosterone.

  3. Heart disease and stroke, sleeping deep from testosterone. I will try 4 four days per 4 meals a day than continue erection attack my penis very small alike kid no erection to 5 and half erection if use this testosterone mega booster. Until body full in 6 to 7 weeks I will stop in 4 days after no used 6 to 7 days body testosterone free

  4. Pomegranate juice is full of fructose unbound to its natural fiber. This advice seems like a path to spiking one's insulin levels, which is a great way to increase cortisol and lower testosterone, ironically. Your body's endocrine system can't recognize the difference between fruit juice and sugar, from a metabolic perspective. Hard pass on this "advice."

  5. There sure are a lot of "may"s in this video. Thing is, if a presenter says, "pomegranate may help boost testosterone levels", common sense suggests that pomegranate juice may not boost testosterone levels at all.
I notice that no one in the comments section has returned to give a positive review; even more suspiciously, if this recommendation was as effective as the presenter tries to make out, common sense would suggest that many commenters would have returned with positive, glowing results.
By the way, the study the presenter references was a 2018 study from the Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, U.K.on just 22 men. That's a single data point on an extremely small small sample. Scientifically, the study is as reliable as the tooth fairy.

  6. This is a first for me, like in all my years I haven't heard that pomegranate juice boosts testosterone, what is in the juice that makes ones levels go up is what I wanted to know or hear from buddy…
