Olympic Boxing Controversy: Sex Testing “Protects Women Getting Seven Bells Knocked Out Of Them!”

An Algerian team-mate of Imane Khelif gate-crashed a chaotic International Boxing Association press conference, labelling the treatment of the boxer at the centre of a gender row “disgusting”.

Welterweight Khelif and Chinese Taipei featherweight Lin Yu-ting were disqualified by the IBA during last year’s World Championships for failing…

  1. So basically now Lin Yu-Tind says that she won the gold medal, she doesn't care about what the IBA said anymore, she said the fact that she won the gold proved everything.

  2. What they did not understand is that she is a disciplined young woman who defies all difficulties because she wants to achieve her dream. Anyone who knows her realizes that she is a girl, and when you talk to her closely, you realize that she is mischievous and cheerful. We love her very much in Algeria. 😊

  3. Create category xy and xx chromosome so that rather than it's become political issue or self declaration. No male or female category so that no gender issues, simply xx or xy. After that these creep automatically distance themselves.

  4. The TW boxer Lin Yu Ting is who I would to talk about. In Taiwan, all babies would be granted an id number when they’re born. The first number of TW id card represents the gender. The id number is NOT ALLOWED to change until one’s death. Male babies registered from 1xxx and female babies would be 2xxx. Lin s id number in Taiwan starts from 2 which means she has been a female since she was born. Who would know back then that one day she would be a boxer? This is a fact that the character of her Chinese name are all female characters – ‘Yu’ 郁 means flowers scent and ‘Ting’ 婷means female graceful gesture, if you look closely, the character Ting 婷consists a girl 女on the left side. This is her birth name that never changed. Her passport has the same id card number which starts from 2. Lin has registered as a female when age 0, long before she decided to be a female boxer. She started to practice boxing in elementary school, she once received a tv interview to talk about how she wanted to protect her mom from domestic violence as a little girl. I have seen the tv clip personally and felt touched. I would love to see the so-called test results from IBA. Before seeing further results or proof, I rather believe the current facts.

  5. If the IOC doesn't think there should be any discrimination, why are there weight categories in events like boxing? Why are there heats to discriminate which athletes can compete and which can't?

  6. As far as the boxing is concerned, the IOC aren't even saying each sporting body makes the rules pertaining to males competing against females. As I understand it, BOTH the IBA and the WBA disqualified these two men from competing in the women's category last year. In response, the IOC sic'd the authorities on the IBA (whether justified or not I don't know, but the timing sure seems odd) and announced it was up to individual countries to decide. I mean…wtf!? Are they the International Olympic Committee or a group of chronically disorganised nitwits organising a local pub quiz? 😳

  7. I have a cow. Normally, cows give milk. My cow has a mutated gene and gives me lemon instead. Do I have the right to call it milk since it comes from the cow? For you, she is a man because of the shape of the chromosome, not the information in the gene. We must look at the final product. You have a vagina and you feel like a woman no matter the shape of your chromosomes.

  8. For Thais, Jamjun Suwanpeng has become the last female boxing legend of Thailand on the 2024 Olympic stage, which will be recorded and remembered in Olympic history forever because there will be no more female boxing in the Olympics from now on.

She is a true female fighter who has demonstrated strength, determination, bravery, and sportsmanship. She wore the heart of a Thai on the Olympic stage to fight boxers of the different sex without fear.

She is the “Olympic female boxing heroine” in the Olympics, who has the spirit of an athlete.

For Thais, she has won a victory that is more valuable than the gold medal in women's boxing at the 2024 Olympics. She has brought pride and happiness to Thais all over the country.

She is an example that deserves respect and praise as an athlete with admirable sportsmanship at the 2024 Olympics in France.
