My scalp back then did not like those products and STILL doesn’t. My scalp flaked up SO bad putting ts on it 😂. Thank God for growth… literally 😭
I went back to S Curl no drip moisturiser and it made my hair very soft and moisturised for 4 days. My hair is very dry and low porosity so this has worked for me and I will keep using it.
Not stress ❤️😊
Plenty of sleep 😴
Healthy eating 🥚🍎🥦🫘🍵
Exercise 🚴🧗

❤💯👍
The old Pantene moisturizer was the best…I had amazing blow outs…
I started following COMESTIC CHEMISTS/CHEMIST and I suggest everyone does the same. Switch from natural hair “influencers” to chemist.
I say this because all the new “black hair” products that are produced just causes others to spend more money. Truthfully you do not need a pre-poo, deep conditioner (which is the same as a regular conditioner), hair masks, etc… after learning the science and structure behind the hair it just makes sense. Everything else is a trend a money grab which is why most things don’t really work.
Listen when I tell you I went back to everything my momma used to used now my hair from the 2000's I SUFFER from DRYNESS AND BREAKAGE iw ent back to used the oils the grease ALL OF IT. I am tied of all the new naturals and their ways of shaming you for using the old school methods that has kept my hair long and heathy for ever so long! All this new stuff has nothing but chemicals in it and once looser textured demographics of people get a hold of our hair care the FORUMLA CHANGES meanwhile the stuff that I have been using WORKS!!!!!!!! Blue magic African pride Mane n tail hair mayo ALL OF IT WORKSSSS FOR MEEEEEE
I went back to hair grease
I still grease my scalp!
I got 2 bottles of BB oil moisturizer under my sink. It’s terrible now. It dragged on my hair. Just oily junk.
I bought a bunch of pink lotion a couple years ago and I hated it. Idk if they changed the formula or what but it wasn’t NOTHING like I remember it. It just sat there on my hair, turned my hair white, it was AWFUL. It didn’t penetrate at all. I gave it to my MIL.
If you do use Blue Magic don’t try to get a silk press. The beautician will be so mad trying to wash it out to straighten it 😂
I love pink lotion and blue magic under my protective styles. My hair stays SO moisturized lol
Apogee is another old school product line that I use on my natural hair. The only products I use for moisture & protein.
Following Jesus changes you even if you don't realize it. You'll stop desiring what your flesh wants and you'll start desiring everything your spirit wants. Even if it's hard at first, He'll make it easier until you're at the point where you don't need that thing or identity anymore. Matthew 7:7-8 – “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. Jesus loves you. God Bless.
I’ve been natural since 2018 and I went back to using pink lotion in 2021 it doesn’t work for my hair. It only worked with my relaxed hair. Blue magic is still my go to
Ye I still use pink moisturizer 😂
I stopped following all the natural trends and use african pride again… theyre cocunut line has me hydrated…. i use blue magic or shea butter to seal, oil on my scalp and ends…. my hair is the longest and thickest its ever been… i get questions everywhere i go
The mane and tail !!!!! Lmao yeeessss . I remember I was in high school and my friend dragged me talking about it was for horses lls but I loved it so much.
This is facts. I haven’t had the time sit and part and oil my roots/scalp. This explains breakage…. No moisture retention
I recently tried some hydration line, a naturale rose and some oil from a popular mobile braider and my hair was growing. I have a protective style, some crochets, and just leave it alone for a couple months. The majority of us with 4c hair have never had the opportunity for someone to literally show how and everything else with it. Now its❤❤❤❤❤❤
So my daughter is 5 her came out from a ringworm she had in school trying bring her hair back so try old school products
Old school is always the way. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! 💯
I love Mielle. Buy straight from their site. Rather than 3rd parties.
I definitely still grease my scalp and use pink moisturizer
I love As I Am too, but it's actually even more expensive than Mielle. I buy both. However, I definitely be on my ol' school products as well. They work like magic. ❤
Litterally using the African pride leave in as well as my green Olive oil cream. It works better than all my camille rose or other expensive products 😊 Don't sleep on keracare products. I can't change shampoo, it's just the best!
I went back and it feels like coming back home. Don't forget about curl activator. My natural hair looooooves it!
Thank you for this I’ve been wondering for the past month what items to go for to help save my hair ESPECIALLY MY BLACK DRY HAIR 💕💕💕. you gave me some classic products and actually put them in the description with a sweet little quote at the end. You are gracious. 💕💕🐻
The trend now seems to be all these different "OILS" to put throughout the hair and scalp
