Aunty chi well don please what's the name of your blender
It's not oiless. A lot of oil comes from the chicken.
It's not healthy.
I love you cooking method dearly do you take people on cooking class?
love the video? Could I please use ginger powder as an alternative to the fresh ginger? This is fresh ginger powder from nigeria.
Thanks. What if you don't have baking soda?
I am learning a lot from you sis. Thank you for the good work 👏
Great
You set the pace always…💪
I have noticed you don't add curry powder in your meat why?
I can’t understand how this is oil less as there is a fair amount of oil in the meat stock! The recipe is good and I will follow the steps but leave out the meat stock and use water instead. The seasoning should be enough to flavour the stew. Thanks
Thank you!
Thanks for this
God Bless you! I'm trying to get my Nigerian parents to make food with less oil. My dad is NOT for it, but this should make it easier.

Do you know how to make Nigeria tomato coconut stew ?
Aunty Flo, thank you so much. I have followed you for years, always learn stuff from your videos. God's grace
Naaaaa… I know I’m late to the party and I love you aunty Flo but about oil-less stew is a no-no. If I want to eat stew, I’m coming with my chest!😂. And yes, I’m on keto. God bless you ma. This will greatly benefit millions of people who can’t eat oil but still want to enjoy their stew.
Can we store this stew in freezer before adding the meat?
Pls i want to switch from keto to plant base, how so i cook nigerian dishes with out fish or meat or even oil?
Great tip with the baking soda, I tried it my first time making stew and the results were delicious, I just added a little extra oil …because fat is flavour nah😂. I am not afraid of oil but didn't want the inconvenience of frying the tomatoes. I still get delicious fat from the beef/oxtail/chicken!
Thank you for teaching us!
