I've been there several times only to be told that there is an over 30 min wait. I appreciate that it probably means the food is freshly prepared but he needs to figure out a way to significantly reduce wait times. Either he needs better equipment, a new strategy or an additional pair of hands. No one wants to be standing around in this cold waiting for food when there is a Jerk Chicken spot across the road which can deliver freshly seasoned jerk in less than 10 minutes
