Hmmm can I also use the potato for bitterleaf soup?
The taste of ogiri okpei is unforgettable. Luckily, my Nigerian vendor in St. Louis had some ogiri & I tried recipe with it. Just the taste brought back memories of the soups an Igbo lady neighbor used to bring to our house in Kaduna when I was growing up. So use ogiri okpei for this recipe if you can lay your hands on it. It's essence is unique. Thanks for the recipe🙂
I want some ogiri
No red oil?
