Observers say UPDF deployment in South Sudan lacked proper procedures


Governance pundits suggest that the Minister for Defence and Veteran Affairs, Jacob Oboth, may have been kept in the dark about the deployment of Uganda People’s Defence Forces in South Sudan.     They forget , that there is a clause in every country where àny president can deploy troops on short notice without approval. Or consultation from parliament…
