Like a skinny woman can be pretty, a skinny woman can be ugly, a fat woman can be pretty, a fat woman can be ugly, a muscular woman can be pretty, and a muscular woman can be ugly. And to me Lizzo is a fat woman who has a pretty face. (In my opinion)

As someone who grew up morbidly obese; I have been trying my entire life to lose weight bc I’m wellll aware I do not enjoy this life 😅 I’ve lost a good amount of weight already but I want it OFF. My joints hurt, I don’t look as good as I could, clothes are unflattering, I have limited capabilities just because of the extra fat, I have trouble BREATHING. Y’all, I’m 23 years young and I'm here to tell you to not let these body positive people gaslight you into beliving the poor way you're living is what you're stuck with so you should settle. You deserve to live a normal life in a normal body. You deserve to have a healthy relationship with food and yourself. Take care of your mental and the rest will follow.
