Hi sissy, it’s good to have you back. I was about to hit you up on WhatsApp but I got distracted yesterday. Thanks for sharing these two new recipes. We don’t eat fufu because of our dislike for cassava amongst other things…. We always prefer fufuo with only plantain but because we are far from home we don’t have the luxury of pounding plantains here so this is definitely a must try. I have a question on the chia seeds though, you know it has this sliminess when you chew it raw, does it not get the mixture slimy whilst preparing it and after moulding them into balls in the plastics, how long does it last? If you have some leftovers and you heat it in hot water the next day, is it as solid as it was freshly made like Banku?
