The Nakawa Chief Magistrate’s Court has remanded Mercy Timbitwire, a 38-year-old employee of the NRM Secretariat, who is seen assaulting a uniformed traffic constable in a viral video. The woman was arraigned before the Nakawa Magistrate’s Court on charges of robbery, assault, and several traffic offenses.
