Marques Brownlee has now addressed this on his X. It wasn’t the greatest response but it was better than nothing I guess 🤷‍♂️

They blurred the driver's speedometer but not the passenger's? They screwed up

So first, it's not a school zone. It's a slow children at play sign put up by the houses directly to his right. Which by the way the houses are facing the back yard towards road. Second, it's 55mph when he was going 90 and the corner he was going 45mph with the sign that says 35mph (35mph was during the residential part then it went back up to 55mph max when he was going 90). To be honest not a big deal. At maximum its 30mph. Change your video title from school zone to children at play or slow children sign. Would be a shame if he went after you for this.

To be honest it isnt anything more than a speeding ticket for 15 to 30 over in both the 35mph zone and 55mph. Its not however a school zone.

first they deleted yt comments, then they deleted my reddit comments and blocked me from r/mkbhd and now they simply edited out the part where he was speeding.

My concern with mkbhd started with his £180 shoes. Between this and the wallpaper stuff, I think the guy is either out of touch or is cashing out.
