  1. Coughing means you have an electrolyte imbalance. And in the doctor's own words the most common electrolyte imbalance is a lack of potassium. If you suspect there is no calcium in your diet because there is no calcium in your diet, have a yogurt and a nap.

  2. Not liking this format? Is this new? I much prefer the other when you are in a room, like sitting at a desk. I feel like I am looking at you in a closet and that big white thing at your head. I am sorry. I don't mean to be a nag. I just find this harder to watch than when you have your board to your side, that you write on and use as a teaching tool.. I still love and watch.

  3. Thank you Dr Berg. I have a chronic cough but I already take magnesium and Vit d3 with K2. Please could you advise how much calcium I should take . Just a rough guide as I appreciate you may not wish too Thank you

  4. I worry about potassium on a keto diet. I'm having a hard time figuring out a source for potassium , so i've been taking Commercial potassium, and I don't like that. I would prefer to get it through a natural source. Maybe you could video source for me and how I can spot a low potassium before I go into a coma.

  5. What if it's a chronic cough and being tired constantly and sleeping a lot, but never feeling rested.
I take vitamins and all that coz I don't have any energy to cook Oh and I have chronic pain from diskus prolapses and osteoarthritis (only 40 y/o but my pain began when I was 15/16)

  6. What's the safest way to increase our calcium then? I have a dairy allergy and a chronic cough that I've had for years so I'm probably calcium deficient. But aren't we not supposed to supplement with calcium because of calcification?

  7. This is exactly what’s happening to me but I’ve only been on the intermittent fasting for nearly a week, 16 hours between my last me at night till I eat the next day, why is this Dr Berg

  8. I have some cough clearing throat and as one leg foot cramps. My calcium and magnesium levels were WNL. I suspect havering average levels is not necessarily enough. I don't know if my calcium in diet is adequate since I can't do any dairy.

  9. Dr Berg I have been taking D3k2 for few years. Your 10000IU. MY LAB SAYS MY VIT d level too high now. Why don't you make smaller dose . 2000IU OR 5000IU. What form calcium? They say taking calcium is worse for bones if it ends up in arteries not bones. What type Magnesium.??

  10. Hi Dr Berg! Been taking your Vitamin D for a few months and want to thank you for your supplements. They have made a huge difference in my life. As far as calcium, how can I get the right amount in my system? I'm allergic to dairy, so daily intake is out of the question. Please help🙏 Thank you in advance😊
