Well those who tell the story will always tell the version that's beneficial to themselves. It is not the Western media's job to protect the image of Africa and Africans. Tell your own stories. Get your own government to set up pro Africa media machines like the Westerners do. They have whole corporations setup to do nothing but run positive propaganda about their countries and their white people, and to fight any negative stories about them. Stop complaining about what they are doing if your own government is doing nothing to counter it.
Burundi, DRC (Congo), Uganda, Tanzania all rwandan neighbor has big problems with Kagame, why ? Even south african republic has some problem with Kigali, why ? Rwanda regime is source of insecurity in great lacs region since 1990.

We all know that BBC is nothing but a Western propaganda machine and “white “ supremacist promoter. However, on many occasions we have failed to criticise Rwanda’s involvements in wars that have happened in the DRC. These are wars that resulted in millions of death of Congolese people but we seemed to have turned a blind eye and yet we talk so much about uniting Africa on this channel. We can’t be United if we still have problems among ourselves.
By any means, I do not wish harm to Rwanda, I think they have done exceptionally well and it’s an achievement that we should all be proud of and an example to learn from.

Rwanda has been accused of heinous crimes in the DRC and even recently threatening a Congolese Nobel peace prize laureate Dr Mukwege! But let’s all just ignore that in the name of “they don’t like Africans progress”. This is dumb reporting and it’s uneducated…it needs to stop!

The man literally started the 1994 genocide of his own people and has been a puppet to western interests for more than 20 years now! I am Irish and have been to Rwanda many times. It is a wonderful country and the people are right to be proud of their government. The BBC should stop broadcasting fake news. English media generally has a history of vicious propaganda against my country also.

I have always wondered how people with the same mentality as Boris Johnson who don't even like Africans are allowed to tell African stories. Obviously they can never have unbiased opinions. I have no issue with honest journalism because truth is we do have very pressing problems in Africa that need to be addressed urgently and pretending they arent a problem won't help anyone. However these stories can not be told by people like Boris Johnson and that journalist in the video who take these stories to spin their own narratives. Letting someone who doesn't even like us because of his own personal issues, tell our stories is one of the dumbest things we as Africans have ever done.
