The more I think about it the more angry I get how dare you complain about McDonald's charity donations it's roughly about the only charity that I give to you know why though?
Because I had a son at £5 5 oz 1 month premature, born with a condition called imperforate anus basically means that he was born without a bum hole his digestive system was formed & bowel but bowel was not connected where the anus would normally be when he wasn't in his incubator one day after giving birth he was rushed to the children's hospital to have surgery at one day old they went inside found the bowel and brought it onto his stomach as a stoma otherwise he wouldn't have been able to feed this was the first of three operations all before he had his first birthday to fix his deformity . Just saying charities are there for a reason, shame on you! 😊
