No Court Order Can Ask Yahaya Bello not to Honour the EFCC’s Invitation -Okai / Oshoma

He was invited, not arrested. The fact that Yahaya Bello is running away means there is more to this.

  1. If we all want to be emotional, we would not listen to the contribution of Oshoma. While I'm still in support of EFCC for the prosecution of the matter, their method is quite questionable. They seem not to want prosecution, but to negotiate. That speaks on the agency's tendency to be corrupt.

  2. Why are you not factual? When did the EFCC announce publicly that they were going to arrest Bello before they went to make the attempt? Did Bobrisky or Cubana chief priest declined invitation like he is doing? Does EFCC carry out arrest on people who voluntarily honour their invitations? So why are you citing the case of Cubana chief priest and Bobrisky? Your position is disappointing.

  3. Oshoma is not being realistic. How can you be citing the case of Bobrisky who has no armed protection with Yahyah Bello? You claimed giving him a backdoor access would raise suspicion about compromise but you said EFCC should have sent its officials to the village to interview him. When did it become the mode of operation of EFCC to go to an accused house to interrogate him? Wouldn't that raise worse suspicion? The EFCC chairman has explained what it means by giving him backdoor access bcos he complained that being seen openly in EFCCs office would raise dusts and negative publicity about him. And to mitigate that and give him assurances the EFCC talked about backdoor access, you said it might be seen as clandestine attempt to collect something from him, even if he comes in openly, was he going to be interrogated openly?

  4. Yahaya Bello is evidently corrupt, as those defending the indefensible in the media. We are being made fools of. Nothing can be said for Bello . Nothing

  5. EFCC will not get any commendation because over time they have never measured up, besides how sensible is it for the EFCC to offer a back door, so the back door could be a loophole where for negotiation being Nigerian.

  6. Nigeria honor a rouge from tribes but when it comes to Igbo, EFCC will break his iron gate and his house and ceiling to arrest him. In the case of former governor of Imo, Rochas Okorocha,, EFCC broke into his house, through his ceiling to arrest him, that is a case of injustice and inequality

  7. Conflicting legal orders: Why would the Nigerian judiciary be a foundation where criminality and fraud strives to protect these corrupt politicians. If the legal system is not strong or rigid, the system is exposed to all these intelligent thieves in politics. Its evidenced that he stole public funds, he must be proesecuted. People like Mr Oshowa manipulate the law in favor of criminality

  8. This is just a joke in my country 9ja,Because in western world I don't see were the FBI in the United states we call someone who is alleged to come through back door 😢😢😢😢nawaoooh 9ja God please help us all

  9. Oshoma, deapite being a lawyer, its disappointing you lack comprehension. Accoridng to EFCC boss "I honoured him" he was invited, Yahaya Bello said there is a Senator (woman) who wants to attack him with journalist, Effcc boss told him, he would pass him through directly to his office to save him from opposition and then would be interviewed/interrogation by operatives in his own office. This is a diplomatic way inviting him for questioning.
Please, stop taking context from content. There was no mention of "back door" as you are crying efcc boss said openly. Clean your ears and stop disgracing your comprehension.

  10. EFCC chairman why are you lowering the bar, offering VIP treatment to someone under investigation. Alhaji Yahaya Bello suggesting interrogating him in his village should also be welcomed by the commission since you resorted to begging someone to come for interrogation.

Oga do your job and stop shouting in the media. You condescend your position.

  11. I am disappointed with the lawyer Oshoma defending the action of Yahaya Bello. The lawyer last year did a YouTube video on the deplorable state of infrastructure in Kogi state. Certainly, brown envelope has exchanged hands. Unfortunately for him

  12. Forget that thing, EFCC chairman. Older government officials including judges have been influenced despite their old age. Your invitation of Yahaya Bello to come through your back door is suspicious.
