Competition is good for the country! Why shouldn't NIPOST compete? In most countries, the national courier is top-notch and in tight competition with the private ones. That country and mediocrity! So, in short, she is just going to sit on her bum, speak long grammar, and collect salary every month.
Another WASTED effort. You photocopy a system designed for another place (based on the way they live) and you speak long grammar without knowing how to adapt it for your country; or better still, DESIGN YOUR OWN BASED ON YOUR WAY OF LIFE. We can't even locate house addresses in this country. Could you fix that one first? Standardize it first.
