The first thing we must do is to demystify the dollar in our national life, in such a way that what we eat, wear or buy will not be determined by the dollar

  1. YOU TOLD THEM FLOATING. WHAT DO YOU UNDERSTAND ABOUT FLOATING. THIS RUFAI THINKS THEY ARE DEFENDING NAIRA. OLODO NI RUFAI. RUFAI SO BLIND TO SEE WHAT PBAT DID TO END BLACK MARKET . SHAME ON YOU RUFAI. PBAT NA KING AND YOU TOO SMALL TO QUESTION THAT

  2. Nigeria 🇳🇬 is too in feuded into lapses of the western powers and that’s why the BRICS don’t trust Nigeria 😂.
The west had vowed not to ever allow Africa industrialize fully like the Asians escaped their watch and we all know that former German chancellor Helmut kohl made this comment. Nigeria 🇳🇬 and any other African countries will not be allowed to break off the western chains if they stay deep in the lapses of the western powers. So, the only way out is to change camp by force and join the multipolar world and BRICS.

  3. Until a pragamatic and fundamental industrial policy is introduced and embranced wholeheartedly by those in government all their little efforts to control the wild economy of the country is totally invain. Thank you very much the Arise Team led by Dr Abati, the beautiful Ayo and Rufai Oseni. Kudos to the Prof. He is a doyen of knowledge and experience. Let's hope those in power will listen to his various suggestions and act upon it.

  4. Thank you, Professor Ajibola. Sir, you need to leave the legacy of expounging professional ethics direction in Nigeria by speaking the truth without fear and favours. It shall be well with you, sir. Please support to build a viable country, Nigeria must be great, IJMN 👍

  5. Baba kept it simple.. It's not rocket science. You just need men and women who are willing, selfless and patriotic to drive this change

  6. For example, in the previous regime, some pensioners were not paid pension after years of public service. We hope pensioners will be paid pensions.

  7. I will like Arise to always bring back PROFESSOR to analyze economic and financial issues on Nigeria. I must confess that I enjoined PROFESSOR VERY MUCH.

THE ANALYSIS IS JUST TOO FASCINATING ESPECIALLY WITH EXAMPLES + HISTORICAL INPUT ABOUT NIGERIA THAT WAS ONCE INDUSTRIALIZED

I MUST WATCH THIS AGAIN. THANK YOU SIR(PROFESSOR)

  8. The summary of what prof says is _" let move from CONSUMPTION to PRODUCTION " and this was. OBi slogan in 2023 elections.

Bottom line. Prof is reiterating what PETER OBI has been saying.

  9. When you listen to Prof, you'll understand how unintellectual Rotus is despite being so educated. Prof was able to carry the entire room and us the listeners without arguments, economic carcasses or terms, but plain English amd solutions.

  10. Increase in FDI is the answer to Rufai's question at 16:00, the export solution is a long term one and given the current FX obligations that needs to be satisfied one way or the other the export solution will not produce results in the short term. Ideally, the reserves would provide a cushion to temporary supply shocks in the FX but given the current low level of reserves increase in FDI is the only solution.

  11. is this not what Peter Obi was espousing last year when he said move from consumption to production, but no INEC and the Courts decided that its better to have a drug baron as President because it was his turn. Naija we hail thee. When we decide to get serious we will know.
