No, it is not ruining the agricultural sector but immediate remedy for the harm done to the agricultural sector by cattle herders. If farmers can no long farm their land due to insecurity the next step for food security is to import. I am not surprised this herders issue has a lot to do with those who are trying to sabotage our progress which include our leaders and their puppeteers.
