A banker becoming a minister of power, this is darkness of ignorance at its peak.
Can the President Please move the minister of interior to ministry of Power?
I don't understand what is wrong with this minister of Power.
Nigeria, the center of Incompetance!
But how can Mr President appoint a Banker as Min of Power?I just tire for Naija
If it keeps improving we will pay
This Jide is not making sense, leave it, it's a good timing we are enjoying the administration 😁
If there’s going to be constant light, then there’s no problem…
Seriously
It has always been known that the minister of Power is incompetent. Ever since the day i saw the video of him during his campaign has as governor of Oyo state were he said "any vehicle coming from Lagos must not drive without Oyo state number plate".
Emilekon has only started his devilish bid to sink the poor masses.
It's an act of wickedness and ruthlessness . Why all these atrocities
Tinubu assemble team of olodo and that is the reason FG is struggling in economy and reducing inflation since his inception ..
I don't expect Mr president with his experience to appoint someone from bank to head power sector.
When Next you hear IGR you'll run… Out of more than 200 countries in the world make investor carry Money come your country. You are smart well done.
Nigerians, una go hear am. Emilokan han gan. Fuel subsidy gone, electricity subsidy gone, minimum wage remains 30k, but una senators are sharing 500millions and suspending those who spoke up, Vice president got 10billion for house renovation, Femi Gbajabiamila got 10billion for house renovation. Subsidy that benefits the people are gone, still on 30k minimum wage. Emilokan oh!
God bless u for us JIDE. D power minister should immediately step down and go back to d banking sector
Since 1999 till date 2024 how much money has been sunk into the power sector for electricity!? Trillions of dollars!? What have been the effects? Low power generated and supplied! Engines and equipments obsolete! Constant outages! Why? Where has the huge amount budgeted over the years gone to!? Who chopped our money!? Where are the former Ministers in charge!? Why should Nigerians suffer for the misdeeds of those in government!? Why can't the government subsidise this crucial power sector even if this is not done any where else!? Who is dictating our economic policies? Foreign interests????
It's not wicked, it's 'Democratic' and very 'humane!'
The reasons being given by the NERC isn't just . The thermal power plants can't meet up with the energy needs of the country during the dry season due to the low level of water in the hydro power plants but now want to punish the end users. In the taraba, customers pay as much as 75 naira per kilowatt including tax, when other parts of the country where paying 65-70 naira per kilowatt. If this current price stands the nation shouldn't expect things to get any better including the manufacturing sectors.
