Not trying to defend her but if the hands are clean, that's fine.I've seen a lot of sophisticated videos where they use their hands and, gloves can also be contaminated depending on what surfaces have been touched.
That woman uses her hands to pick salad ingredients and other condiments into your food. That's very unhygienic. I will never eat such a food.

I'm a sierra leonean, but honestly i don't t know this type of salad..i know English salad which is composed of..salad leaves- cucumba โ tomato- baked beans- luncheon meat โ egg- dressed with salad cream..for me, our local food to introduced to strangers are, cassava leaves, potato leaves etc etc.. Bcos, sierra leonean are specialized in cooking these leaves..
