  2. crayfish seems to be add that extra flavour i find in nigerian street food .. but i personally am allergic to most sea food ..but maybe its very few amoutn of crayfish thatts why it dosnt disturb my body system ? i am not sure ..but there is sthis particualr taste in nigerian peppey sauce that is absiclly liek served mostly with fish ..but they give you some of the fish curry that you can use on yam or potatoes or plantain or jollof rice..is it crayfish they use or is it just regular fish ?
