But all went successfully with me a my Nigerian brother next to me who did appendix surgery too luckily he paid nothing because his Ghana card was valid

My Oga! Waite all those used Ghana cards registered for people coming inside Ghana 🇬🇭. You know this Togolese,Bokina Faso,Abidjan. The neighbours around Ghana managed to get Ghana cards because they had laird that they were Ghanaian and collected these cards froude the Ghana system and getting money 💰. Some foreigners are making money 💰 on Ghana cards. Even the border guides Some are not citizens of Ghana. They sneak in as Ghanaian. I am talking about our neighbours' countries, Togolese, Abidjan, Mali 🇲🇱 ,and Burkina Faso
