  2. You are right with the swallow, but remember your carb intake in the keto diet is 30gram to 50gram per day. But some vegetables are a little high in carb, such as garbage, eggplants, and cauliflower. The psyllium husk is 1 tsp, is 3.4 grams, and 1 tbsp is 10.3 grams. And with keto, you must measure your food so you don't go over board on carbs. Dont forget, and our soup and Stew have carbs, too. So we must consider all of that too. So you won't be kicked out of ketosis

  3. Which one is Kaduna oil lol! Maggi has MSG. Nice that we can eat cheese. I make carbage, sweede, or brocoli swallow, but cabbage has been my to go. Like lemon in my water too.
