  1. I made this recipe two days ago and it is absolutely wonderful. I started with just one seedless but I will make it with two the next time!

  2. Sounds and looks delicious — but please tell, just HOW HOT do the 3 Habanero peppers make this dish? (I love hot and spicy, but not so much that the heat cancels out the other flavors of the dish. . .)

  3. In the Northern United States, tomatoes at this time of year are terrible. Instead of the fresh Roma tomatoes, could canned tomatoes be used instead. If so, how much?

  4. I’d be interested in the spinach dish you mentioned. I had a beet dish in an Ethiopian restaurant but can’t find a recipe. This looks awesome. Thanks 💕from 🇨🇦Canada

  5. This jollof rice looks great in taste and can feel the aroma. I am looking forward to making this at a weekend. My daughter wants me to cook this. Way to goooo.

  6. Lol I totally would have made the mistake of popping the lid open before the rice was fully cooked…especially if I hadn’t eaten in the last few hours. 😋
