Hi there would let to say that the so called Jolloff Rice is a Gambian DISH and the name of the DISH is Benna chin meaning one pot. It However was embraced by Nigerians who named it Jolloff rice after the tribe itself and later copied by Ghanians who eat it in Nigeria during there exodus into Nigeria in the 1980. You did a good job
