The way you cook your catfish is so different than from the USA.
I put the cat fish in cornmeal mix with all kinds of different spices and I let it get crunchy but inside it’s tender so when I take it out and I’m going to eat it while it’s hot I put mustard on the catfish and lots of hot sauce. It’s called Frank’s hot sauce but I love it. You eat your catfish really different but it looks good but I wish there was a way you could try to eat it the way I cook it hon .🐟
