Can someone answer my questions why the Nigerian Police or government agencies will ask you to fuel their cars or you use your car to help investigate issues. Don't they have a budget for fighting crimes? Why should I pay for the fuel to correct criminal acts while they have fuel to drive around escorting their bosses and hips to avoid traffic?
