  1. Once upon a time in Nigeria, one had to go throgh numerous stages to become a professor:
Graduate Assistant, Lecturer I, Lecturer II, Senior Lecturer, Reader, Associate Professor, full Professor. Each step is earned by carrying out researches and publishing papers in peer reviewed journals and holding loads of seminars where you are grilled by colleagues and students alike. Now the whole system is rigged and everyone is a professor!

To compound matters, the term professor simply means teacher in some countries thus creating the opportunity for charlatans to further undermine the system. Even titles such as senator, Bishop etc have all been hijacked and devalued.

  2. Professors in Nigeria? They are bunch of conference papers professors. That's the reason they engage in elections malpractices. Personally, I have no respect for any Nigerian professor.

  3. As much as I don't like the Nigerian system, especially those of the corrupt government, this professor has made a good case for himself. Unless proven beyond reasonable doubts, he's correct, in my opinion. I also know that some people can fraudulently get an award of a professorship from several universities such as that of Panthami (ceremonial professor) which was not merited, but that doesn't mean the same as having fake professors in the universities.

  4. 💥A country that based all successfull accomplishments to certificates rather than skills will have this problems of fake certificates. Many Nigerians cannot practise what they studied from those universities. 💔

  5. Thank you to Tinubu and the supreme court, everything is open for question in Nigeria. For us this is the same, the difference is now is the international community is watching. And this is the same country balablu thinks he can go and Jubilee abroad and attract foreign investment. We seriously need to remove him. Every year we sit and wait is another 5 years we are backsliding. Soon not even PO will be able to pull us up when he is given the chance

  6. From my experience, unless the University is not licensed, it's difficult to have a fake university Professor in Nigeria. Nigeria is one of the most difficult countries in which to earn a professorship.

  7. The only thing worst than corruption is when people like this man suddenly act like they don’t live in Nigeria…I live in the US and my relatives send me handouts they are forced to buy by professors and these are handouts the professors copied from google…what can be more corrupt than that? People like this make Nigeria impossible to fix…Professors help rig elections in Nigeria and he is here talking trash…professors collect money from students and demand sex for grace and you think such people can’t fake their documents…

  8. This very much explains why we have SO MANY “PROFESSORS AND DOCTORS “ in Nigeria !!!.
Professors that can’t profess anything and doctors that can’t cure even common CRAWCRAW…
    Fakeness and counterfeit everywhere.
