we have always complaint about that as S.A. fake degrees.
When authorities fail in their responsibilities to live up to expectations, the only solace they look for are soft targets to put the blame on to save their faces. These certification-awarding foreign schools did not drop from the skies into existence. Established government bodies are always involved in issuing licenses to such foreign institutions to operate in the country.
Nigeria has the capacity to take care of its vibrant youth in all aspects of human development. But its leaders want to fill their deep bellies first. The neglected and desperate youth will always look for alternatives to surge forward however uncertain it might be. I am not a Nigerian, but if the giant sneezes, all West Africa will catch the cold.
