With the selling of its oil resources and other minersls to Eu rope and China, the African leaders must simultaneously take care of its own populations, build roads, schools, and cultural education. How a country like Niger rich in oil, uranium, gold, diamond and other important minerals can be classified among the poorest countries in Africa ? So the main purpose of France African policy is to make poor African countries rich in natural resources .And this same France boasts of being "Mother of human rights in the world ".
