  1. So 7million tax payers need to constantly look after and baby sit 35 million non tax payers. Thats why they have no dignity cause they need hand outs.
They are unable to be upskilled or learn new skills and want to blame the whole world for their slow evolution.

  2. The NHI bill is signed on paper only. The more unemployed people the more difficult it is to get the funds. I do not think medical aids will stop. It will eventually just be the rich who are able to afford private medical aid. I personally do not see the NHI actually functioning for years to come. Its just to silence the voters for now. After the elections, if they still in power they will just continue on the same trajectory as before…..dangling the carrot…..in the hope that they keep their followers living in the hope of one day living the same lifestyle their leaders do ….the wrong vote is what destroys this country.

  3. Anc destruction… And ppl celebrate this. What stupidity. They will keep voting anc. 45% of citizens believe in this mess… Shocking…. Vote them out.

  4. Are these medical aid companies going to close? How about their employees? Are they going to umemployesd or transferred to NHI instead of recruiting new employees

  5. I read somewhere sometime last year that this was going to happen but in the grand scheme of things it's all related to the brics movement 🤔 I'm so exhausted at this point.

  6. In other words, the SA government can't afford to sustain the financial demands of the NHI bill, so there's a strong possibility that the people will have to pay more in taxes. Then why don't the government tell us what our 15% VAT going towards anyway? Why do we have to pay more?

  7. Those stats about more than half of all people on medical aid being black contradicts the narrative that opposition to socialised healthcare is primarily about white people protecting their "privilege".
