Good afternoon Mr. Sampson
I think best way to stop this canker is to bound the whole mining in Ghana , let it only government of Ghana that can mine and government has set up companies that mines for the state and employ these people from the galamsay sites to work in these companies for government.
This system will create more jobs and also control our environment.

If parliament is the lawmaking body , and indeed is the body that makes the laws of a country , how can the judiciary claims to know the meanings of the law more than the body that makes the law ?
Sampson , help to clarify this for me .

🎉Samson please the speaker was right. He was using the word 'you' generically. The arrogance of Afenyo Markins did not allow the speaker to explain how the process was served

Forget about "Face Saving", the Judiciary is USELESS and HEAVILY POLITICAL especially since 2017.

Instead of inviting constitutional lawyers and parliamentary experts, u invite non lawyer and interviewing a medical doctor who lives somewhere nowhere. Fake people.

@onyansapowbowaanopow3240

I see any of my friends who support this NPP as a threat to the law and order.

So the ndc is relying on NPP constitution to be majority. The fact that the previous case was not challenged in court don’t mean this one cannot be challenged
