You are the government you guys shld review the policies and make changes where necessary rather than phasing out NHIF,my question is,Since I have been submitting my premium every month ,am I going to get a refund of money from NHIF and use that fund to invest for my health with new scheme ,SHIF?

A government that get your money to regulate health matters,but cant equip public hospitals only to refer you to private facilities is suck in the head

How many people are accessing a facility, this makes me feel like the general elections.

The problem is not nhif but the free government hand in corruption which allows players to also get their share. Now the government is crying wolf when in the real sense the corruption they started has gone out of hand. Politicians are single handedly employing nhif managers who can play ball. You don't charge vehicles but seal the leakages which are porous. This is a new scam. Changes are not abrupt but gradual.
