New Year's Babies | 12-year-old girl gives birth in Eastern Cape: Dr Rolene Wagner

The Eastern Cape Health Department has expressed shock and concern after a 12-year-old girl gave birth at a health facility in Komani, at the Chris Hani District Municipality.

The young girl’s baby is among the 44 born today in hospitals across the province.
