Cyril Ramaphosa has been sworn in for a second term as South Africa’s president.
His party, the African National Congress, failed to secure a parliamentary majority in last month’s elections.
That forced it to form a government of national unity with other parties, including the main opposition party, the Democratic Alliance.

  2. Not sure how I feel about this GNU.
    I'm glad service delivery will likely improve, as the ANC has clearly faiIed there.
    However, let's hope South Africa's competence and righteousness remains when it comes to forreign policy. I'd rather not have my money sent to coIoniaI operations and etthnic cIeansing. Wouldn't be surprised if DA makes that happen though. They're very close with America, at least it would seem.
