  1. Who buys a second hand phone. So who will buy a 10 Yr old ev ice cars still work after 20 hrs mines 18 plenty of life left in it. In the future there will fields full of old evs over 10 yrs old waiting to be scrapped

  3. lol. the usa EV market is a joke. meanwhile other countries have 30% to 40% and higher adoption of EV's with price ranges starting at $10,00 USD. BYD is crushing Tesla globally. Tesla has to buy batteries from BYD. people want EVs. they're just not accepting the inflated EV costs in usa. $40,000+ for EVs in usa in embarrassing.

  4. UK buyers have not caught on to how Impractical and negative EV's are but main Media suppress and pretends its not happening by keeping information away from the public, tho some info trickles through ,
    Instead flooding commercials on radio and TV
    The UK has had fires from EVs
    The government has now given millions ( 5 mil to each bus company) by way of bribery to bus companies
    to purchase Electric buses even tho in London 3/4 buses have caught fire and completely burnt out🤦🏻‍♂️

  5. People will always vote with their wallet…electric cars are too expensive, depreciate too quickly, have poor range, take hours to charge and electricity prices are increasing. Depending on how many miles you cover, you can't beat an internal combustion engine.

  6. EV stink for the majority of consumers, priced way to high, come with a myriad of quality issues, lack of charging infrastructure, high repair, even higher insurance costs and simply put they are not a good choice financially or for anyone who drives more than 20 miles or so daily to work…

    We tried this in the 60s, completely impractical, so we stopped. We've gotten dumber. Maybe it will work this time.

  8. China is pumping in public money of a debt ridden country on predatory practices like in EV cars and making a loss of 10,000$ per car China wants to ruin the global EV industry. This is not good economics- it is just one more way in which China wants to be a bully. Imagine if this was done by USA or Europe – It would cause a furroe but here we are people are singing praises about China EV industry – everyone is paid by China to sing glory to China.

    China is like the Ponzi scheme. They will keep on making you very attractive OFFERS while using your wealth which you are not even aware of . They are basically going to bankrupt your companies and eventually your country. Then they will come and buy it for free. You will be left with the goodies and no freedom and broken country with lots of Chinese cheap goods.

    1. exclusion of tax rebate for foreign-made EVs.

    2. price gouging by dealerships. +$5k~15k "dealer adjustment" on top of MSRP???

  10. EV Presenters are con artists (some of them not all of them). Most of these so called EV Experts are not experts at anything except making loads of money for pushing EV's for money from Youtube. Youtube is clearly run by Democratic Party employees. They support a Dementia President who does not know his erse from a hole in the ground. Obama, Clinton and Biden are all clueless and have millions of dollars from ill gotten gains aka they are all crooks !!!! I would love to be a fly on the wall when these 3 klowns meet their maker on Judgement Day !!!! Welcome to HELL !!!

  11. I wonder how many of these EV's will last more than 5 or 10 years, and how much will cost to keep on the road with battery and electronic parts replacements etc.
    Then compare some of the cars that are still on the roads around the world that are over 50 plus years old and still going strong.
    Built in obsolescence has been a thing for a long time, but I reckon it would be shocking today at the rate that electronics fail in the auto environment.
    Ev's definitely suffer from premature speculation on the part of the law makers and planners mainly because they failed in the estimation of the problems that they are facing now, and in the future, but either way it will be us the public who pay for their stuff ups, and not the share holders, and that is a fact that you can bank on.

  12. Greta must be hopping mad. EV's maybe the future but they are just far too expensive and difficult & costly to maintain, and a horrendously sparse (almost non-existent) charging network. Now people are picking up on that, and are now more than willing to go back to petrol.

    You see, Joe knows more than the CEO’s of the auto industry about which types of car should be produced in 2032, in this multi billion dollar business.
    However, Joe will not be around in 2032, so if automakers go the EV’ route, and it is not successful, well it will not be “Joe’s problem”.

    President Joe Biden said at a press conference in Vietnam in September 2023 that,

    “THE ONLY EXISTENTIAL THREAT HUMANITY FACES, EVEN MORE FRIGHTENING THAN A NUCLEAR WAR, IS GLOBAL WARMING GOING ABOVE 1.5 DEGREES IN THE NEXT … 10 YEARS”.

    Now Ford is changing gears and basically getting out of the EV business after losing 4 billion dollars last year. Money that could have been more wisely spent on more modern factories or union members.

    In recent news (3.15.2024) Hertz fired their CEO, as Hertz has been struggling with higher repair costs and weak demand for the electric vehicles it offers on rent. Hertz said it was getting rid of about 20,000 electric vehicles

    The UAW response……President Biden was endorsed Wednesday by the United Auto Workers union. So an old senile man wants to send your company and livelihood down the wrong direction. Not a smart decision, but it is a free country to make your own choices about your future.
