  1. If they think the lack of Sokkaโ€™s sexism is bad, the outright removal of Kataraโ€™s personality disgusted me. Sheโ€™s unrecognizable. If I were a creator, Iโ€™d โ€œhave creative differencesโ€ too.

  2. I hate this Avatar live action remake! Its so lifeless! Iroh is not wise and funny, aang is not goofy and care free, sokka is significantly less funny, katara is not as strict, zuko is decent, ozai is decent, but man they botched this show big time!!!

  3. "It looks pretty good"
The 60% rotten tomato and 73% audience score: ๐Ÿ˜.
(Don't get me wrong that just means it's a mid show but it doesn't live up to the expectations of the animated avatar the last airbender)

  4. not only they deleted sokka's sexist side but also his sence of humor๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ
THEY WANT TO DESTROY OUR BOY๐Ÿ˜จ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿฅน

  5. Red Flags Red Flags i donโ€™t care about da Red flags the important thing is that i like it and i enjoy it made me cry Leaves from the Vine Falling so slow like ๐Ÿ˜ญ donโ€™t remember the rest of the song but yโ€™all got agree with me that it come to that episode tales of bang sing se that episode ๐Ÿ˜” poor uncle iroh โคโคโคโค

  6. The show is a little different but i liked it

I mean the characters could use a little tinker up but whats the point in seeing everything again in a different version of the show

  7. Unless they recreate the animated series bit for bit then just leave it alone. You can't improve it in anyway and it needs to be left as the masterpiece it is.

  8. How many times do fans have to complain about not doing what the original creators want?! We love the show they created! Why would we want the same show scripted by anyone else?! Just do what they want, you insufferable corporate tools!!!

  9. First red flag was Netflix is involved because they're notorious for turning live actions of stuff into crap. 2nd red flag was when I heard the Creators was walking away because Netflix was already planning to ruin the live action before it was even in production.

  10. Sokka made a joke to a girl in one episode: โ€œHe is sexistโ€

No, people, Sokka wasnโ€™t sexist. He had high ego and was ignorant about how world out of his tribe really works, which is different. He thought he was strong over Suki (a girl) at the same time he thought he was stronger than a well trained Fire Nation Military. It was just ignorance and high ego all the time, not sexism.

  11. Why these american companies do whatever they want with the original material, if i was a japanese company, i would never give them the permission, american conpanies always make the things bad

  12. What makes a netflix series
    Bad casting
    Bad acting
    Bad writing
    Low budget
And finally, a person who has no self-respect to watch this garbage

  13. My two least favorite characters are aang and azula. Starting with aang. Iโ€™m the animation we saw an actual 12 yr old boy who was afraid of taking on his duties. The opposite of the live action where when you start the show he complains about it 1 and then is just ready to learn and be the avatar. My problem with azula is a lot simpler. She looks and is a cry baby 8 year old. In the show we see a powerful and strategic woman with a little bit of a control and anger issue. In the show they take it all away and say she is just the same as Zuko with a ton of bottled up anger. They take away all the growth that the characters go through and that is whatโ€™s gonna ruin th ed show

  14. After watching the series, my least favorite character is aang. They did not portray him as we saw in the animation. As soon as you start the show aang just says welp, screw being a kid I wanna be the avatar and Iโ€™m gonna take on this responsibility, the opposite of the animation where he is always hiding that he doesnโ€™t want to be the avatar and trying to run away from it as much as he can. It was great to see them all grow in the animation and they did the same thing with katara sokka and more characters too. That is the main problem with this series and why it will never be as good as the animation. But all things considered it wasnโ€™t a terrible show. It was really fun to watch seeing as Iโ€™ve watched the show about 33 times through. So I make it sound worse than it is. And this is just the start of my opinions on the show(some good too) oh yeah and one more thing. Azula looks like a crybaby 8 year old, but thatโ€™s for another comment

  15. The only thing I see die-hard fans know how to do is complain about every single thing about the adapted series. Let me just say it now: Gordon killed it as Aang, Kiawentiio is a beautiful and great Katara, Ian is funny and perfect as Sokka, Dallas is the absolute greatest Zuko that ever lived, nobody could have played Azula better than Elizabeth, Paul gives Uncle Iroh the life that he deserves and Danny Dae Kim is the sexiest and most ideal person on planet Earth to play the wicked tyrant himself, Ozai. The writers did an amazing job with the script. It can be better and they have been given an opportunity to do that with the season 2 and 3.

Anyone with a contrary opinion can go argue with their mother's goat, sheep or imaginary boyfriend.

  16. I enjoyed the show. It actually really impressed me in a lot of ways. Itโ€™s amazing how easy it is to enjoy things when you just sit back and relax rather than dissecting every frame in search of flaws.

  17. Iโ€™ve been playing this ever since Iโ€™ve been a little boy, every single live action show or movie, and every single game that involves avatar, the last Airbender has been butchered and I just donโ€™t understand why
