Another global best practice to value addition chain,Public and Private Partnership(PPP)which I believe is the Ugandan PPS
.This is another model for establishing value addition plant.This model may be used for the bananas value chain and with the impending establishment of the Agriculture Development Bank, some local investors may want to participate in the bananas value chain.
It is congratulations to all stakeholders of this plant.
