  1. The onboard clip that starts at 9:00 is at Spa Francorchamp Race Circuit, Belgium. One of the top race tracks in Europe. Also used for F1 racing and it's got the famous Eau Rouge corner. The corner has a gradiënt of 17% and an elevation of 134 Feet (40.8 Meters) (Wiki).

  2. I have seen one or two M1 road cars in my life and I'm going to be 45 this year and live in Germany, where probably most of them are or at least used to be. And the owner of our local BMW dealership used to own one so that was about in town quite a bit.

  3. Bro I saw the M1 once live and then in the BMW Museum and I have to say he looked sexy .It was the 80s and he was the birth of Super Cars I would say. You make videos without prejudice and I think that's very good.Keep it up Bro. Hannes from Bavaria.

  4. Hi,
You should definitely check out BRM V16 onboards / fly by videos. Top gear did a tunnel run with that old school F1 car from the 50s, and it sounds like no other thing you can imagine. The M1 Procar is a joke compared to it.
Some other godly-tier sounding race cars you may want to check as well are : Ferrari 333 SP, 911 GT3 RSR 2017/2018, McLaren F1 GTR, Porsche 905, Sauber C9/11 and many more. Those are all legends of motorsport

  5. These are The Trumpets of Jericho 🤩 Years ago i filmed these cars at Nürburgring Old Timer Grand Prix. The Microfone couldn‘t handle The Sound during Flyby‘s😅

  6. The original design for this car was developed from a Frua concept from around 1974 which has a wild orange to red fade paint job.
The M1 road cars were built by Lamborghini in St Agata Italy.

  7. Just so you know, they also took those BMW M1 Procars rallying. My dad had the privilege to see it being driven at full speed on the local Ypres Rally in Belgium. The car barely fit on the road itself. Absolutely insane.

  8. I got to watch a bunch of the M1 race cars at the Nürburgring, got a few pictures I sent to a BMW enthusiast back home, he was basically cursing me, as there were not only 1, but 4 of them there. 😛
One of them as far as I saw at least, even took to the GP track, there were so many cool old cars racing on the GP track during the event, I think it was called Legends or something? a lot of classic race cars and such on display at the depot at the GP track, from Group-B cars to like 30s or 40s F1 cars, I'm not good with years.
They even took a Shelby Daytona on track, which is a car worth like $1.5 million USD.

  9. They developed it for endurance and GT racing but the rules changed before the car was finished and they setup the Pro Car series. The roadcar is just the racecar without spoilers and with a detuned engine. There are some cool documentaries about the development on YouTube

  10. I just checked a german car selling website if there are some M1 offered. I found 4 in the price range between 530.000 € and 789.000 €

  11. If you want some "exotic" BMW, you should check out the Isetta. Don't make a video on it. Its not a standard car like you would expect in the slightest and it's slow as a snail, but its truely something different;) One hint though, you climb in through thr front. Very funny design, and sometimes they gather on special car meetings here in germany.
