Yesterday, I arrived in Namibia (my 143rd country!) to start a 10 day tour with G Adventures! But as I’ve been wandering around the unique capital city of Windhoek, I couldn’t help but notice how GERMAN everything feels. Seriously, the culture is bizarre here in Namibia!

The German colonies are doing the best in average actually and i really wished that Germany would've gotten into some strong connection with the old colonies to further support them especially in the harder times, but as a German i truly love Namibia from a political and liveable point of view, there arent many countries in Africa where i think i would move to but Namibia outrules even many European countries.

thinking about writing an alternate history novel where the confederacy won the American Civil War but later joins the Allies of the Great War(ww1) in the early 1900's.
