  1. What are your thoughts on this NEW policy? What do you think went wrong with its implementation? Do you believe there is a deeper agenda at play? Lets have a dialogue below

  2. Advantages of CASHLESS POLICY in 9ja: it will reduce or eliminate Banditry, Robbery, Mugu Kidnapping, Corruption by officials in any capacity, Money laundering, Terrorism, Extortion at the airports, road side police , Looting of public funds which can be trace even after leaving office, it will help keep money in the banking system where young entrepreneurs could obtain low interest loans. Use Apps like OPAY, PALMPAY & USSD transfer for those who don’t have smart phones in the rural areas. No-bi-so? Shebi Kidnappers will request ransom via bank transfer? The policy will be painful in the beginning though!!

  3. The book of Revelation states in chapter 13:16,17, “And he causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: and that no man might buy or sell, except those that had the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name “.

It seems to be taking form in Nigeria, but this is a global agenda. This will eventually be done everywhere, and it is about control. If they control people’s money, thus controlling their lives. They will be able to convince the people to do whatever they want. Most people will capitulate just to be able to eat and feed their families.

  4. Nigerians, don't be fooled. There is no cashless economy/ country in the world. Not even in America or England where they have the infrastructures for seamless funds transfer. Currency is for commerce and commerce purposes only. This rushed monetary policies are horribly put in place because Nigeria is failing economically.  This is one of signs of a failed state. The best way to shield public from panicking is to put policies like this in place to to slow down purchasing power and grind economic activities to a halt. Nigerian will save by force by force and that is what govt is trying to do. Forget about the narratives about fighting corruption, vote buying, kidnapping and money laundry. How many foreign companies have left the shore of Nigeria since this administration came to office? Too many to mention.  United Airlines left. Delta Airline stopped direct flight  and almost pack up. Direct investment is no longer attractive to foreigners as a result of insecurity in the part of the country. We amassed debts like no tomorrow. The funny part of this is that,  Nigeria could not  even afford to print their Currencies abroad any longer but settled with moribund Nigeria Security Printing & Minting. They didn't have enough security papers to print the half fake – half photocopy papers. The money came out looking like Instagram printout. CBN
Mopped over N3 trillion but managed to print N300 billion.  These policies were horribly executed, the CBN Forgot their primary oversight function to the commercial banks. POS operators are smiling to the bank. Nigerians can't think deeply and read between the line. No wonder Fela sang about Zombieism.

  5. To all Nigerians in the continent, your government is creating scarcity of physical money so that the Nigerian citizens will forced or cajoled into using the digital Naira or the crypto Celo ( which you can send any amount 💰 via cellphone using an app called Volara ) & finally the M-Pesa which operates similar to the Celo ( Volara ). Now from what I've heard from the information given to me it seems that Nigerian culture believes in the old proverb the says "If ain't broken don't attempt to fix " and finally by creating this scarcity this will force both the middle & working classes to adopt digital 💵.

  6. I understand the cashless agenda, but the problem is as Franklin stated a lot of people, the masses do not have bank accounts. The world is going cashless so it is inevitable. The main problem, is the implementation, and why it was forced before elections. This makes it seem it is election motivated, and a tactic.

Overall, I understand the aim of preventing corruption by going cashless, but again I think this is another example of people in power not caring about the citizens of Nigeria.

I also think the banks should beheld accountable. It is unheard off for banks to restrict people from getting their money. It has also been stated by CBN that the banks have been given the money to distribute. Once this is over, I think the banks need to be investigated and necessary prosecutions or fines are imposes.

  7. I want everyone here to understand one simple fact.

This country is not run on democratic policies. Think about it, how many Nigerian wanted these new naira notes?

If they wanted to censor or completely turn off the internet they would.

This country either changes or crumbles.

  11. YOU REALLY REALLY WANT TO KNOW MY THOUGHTS ???. The real thing is that the ANTICHRIST GOVERNMENT will soon take over the entire world, and the PEOPLE OF GOD ALMIGHTY WILL NOT BE AROUND. MATTHEW 24:1 to the end says it all. Now, if you have not accepted the LORD JESUS CHRIST AS LORD AND SAVIOUR, you better do it now. Another main fact is that it is out of these crisis that the man of SIN, will come out to fixt the problem, but in pretense, he is going to deceived the whole Nations. I have just told you the very simple TRUTH, and which the pastor's are not telling the people. THIS IS WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS, AND IT'S CAN NOT LIE.

  12. My husband & my in-laws are having a hard time over there with this whole mess! It's sickening how the Nigerian government treats its' citizens! How can they be okay with so many suffering as a result of their decisions?! I pray this all ends & very soon! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

  13. Last week I went to a BDC in Lekki. Transferred $100 USD to an account so I could make transfers. The money did not post for two full days. My heart is with Nigeria. Will be praying.

  14. Sassy, Naira Na Naira… as I’ve mentioned in previous comments, I do not believe this to be some comedy of errors, but a specific agenda. Cash is freedom and anonymity, while an electronic system is about control and following how and what you spend on. Banks get a transaction fee and governments get more tax revenue and a way to control “troublesome people”. Meanwhile, peoples’ transaction histories get shared with various transnational entities for various nefarious reasons. Cash shortages are for pushing people into electronic currency. Hopefully this comment will survive a sudden purge…

  15. Forget about the NWO conspiracy theories, the entire world's central banks bit more they can chew as a result of a policy called Quantitative Easing.. This policy now resulted in too much paper currency in circulation! Every central bank is now faced with a dilemma, reign in all these excess cash which will eventually force their economies into a recession or become Zimbabwe under Mugabe. Yes, there's an agenda, and it is about control but it's not as diabolic as people make it to be, this is actually the rich trying to save their legacy since they have the most to loose if inflation gets out of control.

  16. Phrankeel is on point. The big picture is about total control of your money through a CBDC. Its not just Nigeria, Most countries have their CBDC in the works, as all know the power it will give them over their citizens.

They didn't have to tell the Nigerian gov twice, Once they heard of what they can do with a CBDC. Before you can say Yellow yam, Nigeria had its own CBDC. First in Africa and among the very first in the world, China among them 0-o.

CDBC is the Opposite of Bitcoin. Those that hold their wealth in Bitcoin have financial sovereignty. Which means they are in total control of the Currency. where as a CBDC gives the CBN and those that control it Total sovereignty over your money.

People turn their nose up at Bitcoin because it is volatile, yet cant even get their hands on their own so called real money, even when they own it.

To ignore Bitcoin because its Volatile as a Nigerian is ridiculous as the Naira is also volatile. The difference is this….. Naira is always depreciating while Bitcoin is always Appreciating, Naira is running down the chart while bitcoin is running up the chart.

It you bought bitcoin 10 years ago for $1 and it is now work 23k will you complain because 2 years ago it was worth $68k? Now what if you bought Naira 10 year ago, how much would it be worth now? or should I say how much less would it be worth now.

I hate to say it but the white man in Phrankeen's video was right!

    OPT OUT BUY BITCOIN!

  17. Good points made by all in this video! Sassy💐 Naira na Naira! What I don't understand is why it was necessary to change all denominations at the same time. Could CBN have phased out N1000 first? Then moved to do the same with N500 etc? There is certainly a deeper agenda and the looming newly created eNaira is it.
