Wah! Wah! Wah! What do people expect when they go to an upscale salon? They charge that to EVERYONE, not just you. You said you don’t want to sound like one of those ladies that just tries to get out of paying but that’s exactly what you do sound like. I’m sure they spent at least a couple of hours on you (and the nails look great) and they deserve to be reimbursed. I don’t believe you didn’t know the cost up front. I’m tired of people trying to get businesses ‘canceled’ over trivial matters. Any normal person would realize that if you are offered an extra service, it’s going to cost more. I don’t like for them to carry on conversations in front of clients…..speaking their native language, not ENGLISH! Being bilingual is great but rude to do in front of those who don’t understand.
