  1. The disunity you are proposing here by disregarding the woman’s story you’re talking about then saying what is the NAACP doing for the rest of us is exactly apart of the problem. Why can’t you address the issues one by one. They’ll continue to do what they’re doing for us- nothing!!! Bc we can’t stick together and don’t hold them quid pro whet we’re ignored. If you’re covering the story just cover it and stop inserting biased tones in there.

  2. Girl Biden don’t even know what day it is… how is he going to pardon her???? Full 40, Biden DOJ indicted her not Trump 😂😂😂😂

  3. So just like Trump? Public officials are above the law? She of all people should do her time!!!! Think of how many people she has sentenced to prison for similar infractions. No pity or extenuating circumstance here. I'd recommend the minimum but still NO PARDON.

  4. This story brings attention to the NAACP as they're backing a black person now that will make them look as if they're trying to get back into good graces of black people who they have not been representing in years

  5. Undoubtedly ulterior motives may underpin the oppression & prosecution of Ms. Mosby; however, she positioned herself in the cross hairs when she dared the proverbial system by repeatedly being deceitful on her documentation. Definitely no irony is lost regarding her dilemma because most fraudsters have practiced said behavior on numerous occasions before they're actually called out. Note… I didn't say – before their indiscretions are discovered; indeed, most people who practice deceitful behaviors have been forewarned by previous counterproductive outcomes, manageable consequences, and or 3rd party advice. Consequently, the irony surrounding one's dilemma is then exasperated that much more… when the one in question (Mosby) retrace THEIR modus operandi. Notwithstanding, after-the-fact and more importantly, then & only then, if one (she) challenges theirself to acknowledge that particular behavioral process is counterproductive to her life, her mind, and her future…then she can mature beyond the circumstances that confront her! Objectively and subjectively speaking, when those on the outside looking in… all concerned parties (the culprit, families, the community at large, etc.) WE are all better served when WE encourage those who practice adverse behaviors – ENCOURAGE, challenge, persuade them to consider changing their ways versus WE consenting to their behavior by ignoring the 'elephant N da room'!

  7. Biden is lousy and he gets to do this bc of US BLACKS, bc we still give them out votes when they don’t earn it. Black people need to wake up. NAACP is just as lousy as all other blacks that can’t stick together for their own good.

  8. States Attorney Mosley was exceptional from my observation in trying to do the right thing regards those rouge cops. It is sad that the NAACP, like many of Them People, only pay attention to high-profile issues although I remember back in the day, old Mrs. McGinnis (RIP) was at my church, of those who are poor, selling memberships for the NAACP.

  9. FREE Marilyn Mosby!! She was one of hundreds who untook the same character of actions. She was the only doggedly pursued for the action. Andt thank you for shining light on the behind the scene influences. The Washington Post slogan, "Democracy dies in the dark"; is worth a thousand pictures here. IDENTITY

  10. They going after her because she tried to lock them white cops up. NAACP is a joke and never so nothing for the majority of black people. They don't even fight for black reparations.

  11. Marilyn was wrong, but 40 years is excessive. That's the reason I favor a pardon. If it were a reasonable sentence, I wouldn't have a problem with it.

  12. 40 years? that hardly seems appropriate, but Maryland has laws on the books from the 1600's so God only know what they'll pull out. Why aren't they talking disbarment or did I miss a news flash…. I mean that would be more typical than sentencing her as if she killed 4 people!

  13. if she couldn't do the time, she should've done the crime.biden don't care about black politicians, she's getting ready to see that, just keep blaming trump and see where you will be when judge gives her that sentence. she'll still be blaming trump from her prison cell.

  14. The psychological terror alone of threatening 40 years for this is -leagle linching. Lack of rule of law, corruption and racism is out of control. A stones throw from the WH. I pray for her family and us all.

  15. Wait, lol!

They only want her to be pardoned IF she gets 40yrs!? 🤣

This is the same organization that pushed Black folks to vote for Jim Crow Joe, who said during his innauguration celebration that he owed Black people for turning out for him.

I'm sorry, what's there to ask. Jimmy Joe ought to be pardoning a slew of Black folks just based on the fact that we voted for him, and he should be doing it without the NAACP shucking & jiving or pandering to him.

Pay what you owe Jimmy Crow Joe!
