I was just in the Philippines for 3 months and had a very similar set of symptoms. Perfectly healthy before. No history. 25 male. Had a fever with anemia. Passed out on a treadmill and walking in my kitchen. Never occurred before.
No one respects personal space and the ignorance of hand washing is unreal.
