  3. Okay now I’m more excited about my creatine arriving. Though I’m no where near to be able to even lift her start weights very impressive! But I’m definitely added it to water. Can. Ask what she put on her hands for grip? Just discovered your channel!

  4. She has incredible grip strength. I would recommend that she start training dead lifts without a belt to make her core stronger, unless of course she is doing this competitively and is using the belt to lift a few extra KG. The core muscles include the rectus abdominis, transversus abdominis, erector spinae and obliques, which together act like a natural weight belt to protect the lower back from injury. Get a super strong transversus abdominis along with the other group and you will be super human.. just kidding about the super human part. 🙂

  5. What an insane trasnformation!!! At military training, I took creatine and things strength related like my push-ups were increased dramatically in a week. I went from consistently hitting 33 pushups, to maxing at 48. So these things saying increased focus and dedication areee true but the stamina and strength change from creatine was very intense and noticable for our strenght training sessions.

  6. Be nice to see the whole thing done again with just the coaching, encouragement and good eating, without the creatine. This just comes off as a creatine commercial with no real proven association that it was the supplement. Maybe it was paternalistic head kisses 🤷🏻‍♂️

  7. I sprinkle creatine on my breakfast. I doubt it grew my muscles as I was taking it more for mood not for muscle building. However, I am very happy to see your wife’s progress and will take up weightlifting to see what happens.

  8. I only take creatine when going to the gym twice a week because i run 3 times and cycle once. How often would you actually say I should take it to really see a difference ? She did amazing. Your face when she lifted more than you thought was priceless like YES MATE, sick AF
