  1. 1. Stop eating after 7pm (Intermittent Fasting)
    2. No dairy, meat or alcohol
    3. Tea in the morning (Green Tea)
    4. Drink tea 8am , 12pm Bowl of Fruits, 4pm Vegetables
    5. Drink only Water (1 Gallon a day)
    6. Gym (Spin Class/45minute full body)
    7. Be Consistent & Have Discipline
    8. Smaller Portions, gradually cut things out so you can maintain motivation and stick to this
    9. Vitamins (B12/Multivitamins) 30:21

I watched this 3 years ago and to this day im so thankful i still remember this video being literally the reason i was so motivated and immensely focused on my weight loss! Thank you girl i love you for that!! It’s weird cuz usually videos don’t impact me in ways where it dead ass works insane

  5. im 13 and im 150 hoping to be 120. im really tall and so 150 doesnt look big but i dont wanna gain more 😢 cutting alcohol will be difficult and eating after 7 pm but il update.

  7. No matter what you choose, diet, exercise or meds. Weight loss is not easy. I recently shared my story on my channel, on how I lost 22 pounds in 5 weeks, which could be really helpful to anyone struggling with weight loss.

  8. You lost me at not eating meat lol. Lean meat is what keeps you full and helps you not hold the weight. And plus I gain 3 inches on my glutes while eating a high protein diet. You will automatically gain all your weight back plus more if you go back to eating regular.

  9. Does plantain have lots of protein in it? I know green veggies also have good amounts of protein and iron too tho 🙂 but I’m just wondering cuz I was vegan for a year when I was 14, didn’t know what I was doing nutrition-wise and I’m already anaemic and have issues with fainting so like that diet didn’t work for me, but when I tried it again at 17 i did my research and so I was vegan for 2 years (I felt the best I have in my whole life) until I started dating someone where I ate at his parents house a lot and I didn’t want them to have to cater to me 😭 so I’m 21 now and have consistently been trying to eat a more vegan lifestyle but it’s so hard for me to get enough b12 and things like that. But nutritional yeast saved my life with that so y’all- if ur like me who’s prone to having low levels of things you need- you CAN go vegan, just do your research and make sure you’re getting enough b12, iron, and protein!

  10. First of….We should all be happy by any means necessary. I'm so happy that you are this excited about your results….you should be! You invested in yourself and the payoff will continue throughout life.
    Now everything I say, I say with the utmost respect. The weight loss was likely due to calorie restriction which isn't advisable for anyone. I am a vegan myself but I don't believe it is the only way to eat. Another words, you could have achieved your results with eating meat, dairy and alcohol. The trick is to keep everything in moderation and take in several hundred calories less than what your body requires. The food eaten should be "clean", meaning not processed to possibly help improve your body in other ways. The jury is hung on fasting of any kind. There isn't any conclusive data, but many researchers tie fasting to cellular processes as logic. The other half revolves around the intensity of your workouts. If you take an hour stroll everyday, that likely won't be enough to achieve the desired results. Workouts should really work you out! Again, this is out of respect and nothing less. I feel this to be a responsibility to share as I work in the field of health, nutrition, biochem and research. Please forward any questions you have to me.

  11. what do ya'll think about adding water flavors to the water… i have always hated drinking water by itself.. i can do so with lemon in the water, but tht will break my fast

  12. You put people in danger telling them to loose 40 pounds in 2 months. If you loose weight that fast you not only can damage your health but also you will gain it back very fast.
