There is no such thing as a weight loss being maintainable or not, you just ate more than you should have once the weight loss diet stopped, the method of weight loss had nothing to do with it

People did this to me, too!!! She is not my twin, but when we were really young she was robust, and I was skinny. This reversed after puberty and yes, some people chose to comment on it…☹️
I started my weightloss journey this year January 11th. I started at 203 I am down to 190. Its been tough, I have 45 pounds to go. Just had my third baby so I feel i need to be at my strongest and healthiest having three children now.

As far as drinks go I've found a lot of really good alternative drinks that are low calorie. I recomend zivia, poppi, and most kombuchas that are apple flavored.

Yes, I love this. Energy Work is what really helped me with my weight. Because I had so many underlying issues and trauma. That is why I was holding onto weight. When I shifted my internal weight my physical weight shifted. Much love x and well done girl xx

Hey! What do you think? If I start from very high calories (min. 4000 calories/day) and cut down to 1200 cal, I will loose eweight as fast as you did? And how mutch weigh did you lost in the first month?

I’m 5ft 8 and 135 pounds but I’m obsessed with weight loss because I’m so paranoid about gaining weight. My sister barely eats and is about 120 pounds. I’d love to be that skinny
5lbs a week is a lot. When I lose 3lbs a week it tires the heck out of me
Congrats but Losing that much weight in 2 months is not realistic or healthy. We need to teach people how to build a healthy lifestyle not just quick fixes because the weight comes right back quickly if no foundation is built.

I am also a true believer in walking and stretching and staying hydrated with water which is best. If you need to drink stuff like Gatorade or power aid. Just be careful and read your labels for nutrition.
