    3. Walking 10,000 steps 6 days a week, rest day 7
    4. Cutting out all drinks except water
    5. Be consistent

    Well done on such a great job! I struggle with the portion control most of all and am really trying to work on that. Hopefully this 2022 I will finally reach my fitness goals!!!

  2. There is no such thing as a weight loss being maintainable or not, you just ate more than you should have once the weight loss diet stopped, the method of weight loss had nothing to do with it

  3. Why would anyone comment like “why are you bigger than your sister?” 🤦🏽‍♀️
    People did this to me, too!!! She is not my twin, but when we were really young she was robust, and I was skinny. This reversed after puberty and yes, some people chose to comment on it…☹️

  4. I started my weightloss journey this year January 11th. I started at 203 I am down to 190. Its been tough, I have 45 pounds to go. Just had my third baby so I feel i need to be at my strongest and healthiest having three children now.

  5. Yes, I love this. Energy Work is what really helped me with my weight. Because I had so many underlying issues and trauma. That is why I was holding onto weight. When I shifted my internal weight my physical weight shifted. Much love x and well done girl xx

  8. I’m 5ft 8 and 135 pounds but I’m obsessed with weight loss because I’m so paranoid about gaining weight. My sister barely eats and is about 120 pounds. I’d love to be that skinny

  9. Congrats but Losing that much weight in 2 months is not realistic or healthy. We need to teach people how to build a healthy lifestyle not just quick fixes because the weight comes right back quickly if no foundation is built.

  10. I am also a true believer in walking and stretching and staying hydrated with water which is best. If you need to drink stuff like Gatorade or power aid. Just be careful and read your labels for nutrition.

I lost my friend who died of heart diseases due to overweight and by that time I also had gained weight weighing over 90kg so what had happened to my friend I didn't want it to happen to me, so I did everything to help me lose weight but I achieved nothing not until I found this solution which helped me burn 60 pounds of fat so to help and save lives of others I decided to write a blog article on how I did it to help others, so if your want to lose weight or have friend this is yours.
