  1. The sad thing on our Country is that people are lazy, dirty and have an inability to be self-sufficient. They'd rather sit, do nothing and collect grants.

  2. I'm black SA I'm still saying we building one SA but having ur own currents,, flag 🇿🇦, en more no guys so what next en my brother to speak ur language is the problem😮 who said Afrikaaners can't live Soweto or Alexander 🤷‍♀️

  3. It is so true that you mentioned it is not about race only.
It is about Afrikaans' identity that they guard and preserve ultimately.
As an Eastern European living i SA for several decades,I can firmly say that I have experienced hostility from Afrikaans people, like from no one ethnicities, nationality, or races group. Ever !
Having said so, I haven't experienced much negativity, neither.
It's just a plain, straightforward, nonverbal dislike and clear message that I am not part of their click and that I will never be.
I got the message, and I have accepted without a grudge.
But I still have respect for their work ethic, their constant hard work, their presrsevance and all good they manage to bring to this country ( minus apartheid).
Well done for your unbiased presentation. You have nailed it !!!❤

  4. Well done you for a detailed report back
So much better than Ade Adepitan's report
Penuel should go have a talk with him to see what the real beef was

  5. Thank you for a great review and look at Oranje. I am a white Afrikaans guy. Will I stay there? Probably not. What is great is that people from all walks of life visit Oranje and see what can be done by a community. The current national government fears the day when more people stand up and form their own community that looks after themselves – that works. Thanks again for an honest opinion.

  6. Ps you're wrong with your stats in the beginning regarding home ownership. More black home owners than white home owners in south africa. Check the stats. Been this way for several years now and is to be expected if there's only 7.3% white south Africans and 81,4% black. Stats 2022.

  7. Thanks for your take on Orania. Joost said when morning shot went there. they plan to have enough power by the end of the year to not have load shedding from 7am to 10 pm. the ultimate goal is to be completely off grid.

  8. excellent talk thank you so much. the OHM party is aiming for this sort of living for all South African people, running our own communities, an no government. we dont need them.

  9. While I was in the military, I heard a story of a black Sergeant Major whose car broke down near Orania. The people who eventually helped him were a husband and wife from Orania who towed his car to their home, let him stay over in their house for the night and the next day his car was repaired and he left.
