We all have our personal opinions and I totally respect that, but when it comes to my case I’m an adum boy , we have a better legacy to leave back home , this kind of mentality wasn’t inculcated in me by my elders I always think about my past cus it’s what’s going to shape my future , chilling bebree ena 3y33 den , I wish I had this guys life but mine is kinda different and I always thank God it’s like this cus we have a lot of history to make
Building in Ghana is good for a travel to come back home and relax and forget about the past we have seen what happens to the gew family here in Germany during the war so be very careful
When you fall sick and come back to Ghana you will see where you will sleep
Ga ideology
I get his point but the Asante in me want allow me to think this stupidly. Mama got a house daddy got a house. All 3 siblings building our houses and also own our homes in America but I guess we all think differently.
What does being a Ga boy have to do with not building a home in Ghana. Please explain.
That is his choice.
Kasa poole
If u have seen a friend deported before u won’t advice anyone not to build in Ghana ..
Such a dumb guy
You see your life? Mr Richard you said helped you and you mentioned he has air B&B in Ghana but you are saying building in Ghana is a mistake. Keep on dressing well Osu boy!
It is always best to build back home. Germany can change its immigration laws and you would have no choice but to return. Anything can happen.
Ghana For You Updates
Life is a matter of choice…And if you can't do it please don't condemn it. I wonder why always only black people tryna show their fellow beings how to live their lives.
They don't really like you.
no need to proof anything to anyone.. you dont deserve any insults because of your opinion..only shallow and close minded people ridicule others for having a different opinion ! You be Champion guy 😎😎
Who said to build a house in Ghana you have to squeeze your life abroad ? People build houses abroad and still live good. You just don’t make that much that’s why you think that way
So you go people’s houses abroad and go out and tell the world what you’ve seen in their houses huh? That’s a sell out
Koo bibini go abroad go see new life , e don forget where he comes from, people try this and later regret!
My family and I live a very comfortable life here in abroad and also have a building in Ghana. It's a choice
Sounds right, don’t ur self
I came here in April 1985 that is almost forty years l am a law professor and l hv 5 masters degrees you are not in any position or under any circumstances to lecture me on topic l own my house here and in Ghana do whatever rocks your boat at the end of the day it's your own life
😊😊😊😊
Bro you are not in touch with reality no black person comes from Germany keep on dreaming
Genuine question, why are so many people triggered by his statements ?
I have a contrary position to his, although I am also living in Germany. Regardless, I can fully comprehend where he is coming from. As some of the commentators already stated and he himself too. He is not losing, if he is buying real estate in Germany. Real estate appreciates well over here, additionally he profits from tenants is likely higher in Germany. What you need to keep in mind too is, once he has serviced his loan for around 50%, he can buy a second property by taking a mortgage on his first house. This way he is accumulating money by just collecting rent for both homes. He will probably use the biggest chunk to now service both loans, but will still have some profit left. By the time both loans are serviced he has put himself and his children in a great position. You don’t have this opportunity in Ghana, due to overcharged interest rates.
I am sure that he is saving up for a down payment for a house.
Furthermore he is living in Moers, according to the numbers plate of the car in the background. Real estate in small towns are much cheaper than in Hamburg where he used to stay. He doesn’t seem clueless to me.
Kwasia they will deport you one day and you will come to the public to collect “Yebi boa”
Well, I ain’t even listening to what he’s gotta say cuz 😤
Why ghanaians don't do research okay depends where you live, where am staying you can get 3 bedroom house for 120000 euro,is not difficult to buy house turkey and other foreign national are buying why ghanaians can not buy
In as much as I kind agree with him it will be better to get so small portable 3 bedroom in Ghana however please ghanaians live comfortably and good where you live some ghanaians are pathetic to see them very wearing some clothes like walking gears sorry to say
Comment something people
