  1. Some people outside Nigeria don't believe some tribes don't like spicy food. They think all our food are spicy. This sauce is similar to the "Ayamase" stew from South West Nigeria, home of pepper,lol.

    It's similar to the Indian green chilli sauce with vinegar. Some Indians carry PHD for eating raw green chilli(Hari mirchi). I know the Chinese also have green chilli chutney.

  2. Instead of water, add the oil you'll use anyway to fry the sauce, to the blender to blend the peppers. This will reduce your cooking time as you eliminate the water, and will also give you a more vibrant green colour.
    Add a bit of shrimp powder for added flavour.
